Question by Anneke Fox: What are vegan protein powders that are good for loosing weight?
I need to loose some weight and I am a vegan who does not get enough protein. Does anyone know of any protein powders that I can add to water? thanks!

The only way you are not getting enough protein is if you are starving yourself. (first link) In which case, stop starving yourself and you will lose weight. (second link)
When you starve yourself your body goes into starvation mode and stores as much fat as it can, because your body doesn’t know when you are going to feed it again. If you need more protein for bodybuilding eat more green vegetables. If you aren’t bodybuilding, then just eat. Fruits, vegetables, a handful of nuts and you will be fine.
You need to eat meals though. Don’t just snack through the day.
I know that is not the question you asked. But what you are planning to do isn’t going to change anything for you. The first link explains protein and the vegan diet very well. It cite its sources also. I suggest reading that.
