Question by That girl: Is eating Good Health Natural Foods “Veggie Chips” healthy?
I decided to go healthy! haha woo!
So i bought some Veggie chips. And i love them. but do they have the same salt, calories, etc. as other chips?
cuz if so.
Then byebye veggie chips ahaha:)

Best answer:

Answer by Becki
Um…just read and compare the labels of the veggie chips and a bag of the chips that you would have eaten before.

Compare the salt and calories as well as how much of each you can actually have and even the ingredients. Some so-called healthy foods have more products in them than regular foods and that’s not healthy. And some say to eat so little of them that you won’t be satisfied until you eat double, or even triple, the amount it suggests. You may be better off eating what you’d eaten before. Or the veggie chips may be the best way to go.

It’s likely that the salt used on them is either kosher or sea salt which can cause bloating in some people and is often stronger in its flavor which can result in you craving soda or sweets as they will balance the salt. And that won’t really help you in your healthy eating goals!

You don’t have to buy foods specifically labels as healthy or natural to actually be healthy. You just have to do everything in moderation and get the adequate amount of exercise to burn off those calories to maintain the weight you are at.

Question by norton2628: Do you have any food “issues”? Re your body, health, anything!?
Well I do. I really struggle with trying to figure out what is too much to eat or too little, and my body, etc. I have been bulimic for a very long time and I am trying to stop so hard. It is amazing how something so basic such as food can cause such problems for me. So I guess I am asking to really find out if a other people have their own “issues” with food and to what degree. Anything at all! Tell me.

http://truehealth.org/ahealt03.html

IN short – it’s a natural food item that helps the immune system, offers antibiotic measures and provides stimulus for the body. Remember, this product is what young bees eat prior to leaving the hive. So like human or cow’s milk it’s nutritional value is very high.
