I’m looking at starting a (mainly) healthy raw food diet, but it’s soooo hard during these cold winter months.

Can anyone suggest a “comfort food” that will suit this diet?

claim that soy products are very harmful healthwise. Have you seen these reports, and do you think soy is unhealthy?

Only harmfull if you have had estrogen fed cancer. Specifically estrogen positive breast cancer. Soy contains/promotes estrogen so that is not good if that is the type of cancer you have.
