Question by : How can I stop eating so much fast food and eat healthier stuff?
I’m only about 10 pounds overweight, but being at a healthy weight doesn’t necessarily make you a health person.
I eat fast food almost every day.
I have 5,342 half-assed excuses for this. “I can’t cook.” “Healthy food is gross.” “I’ll eat healthier when I’m older.” “I know how many calories are in it.” But all of that sounds so stupid and I want to change it.
I tried looking at the food guide pyramid for ideas. But who can afford to buy all that stuff? Or eat “six small meals a day”? I’m in school all day, I can’t exactly sit around eating in class.
So do you have any ideas for how one could eat healthier food without endless planning and calculating and spending money and cooking?
